I don't know about the specifics but they used steam cleaners to clean up in the meat packing factory where I used to work.

You had to keep your wits about you because they found it funny sticking the nozzle up against your leg and pressing. It burned a lot, and it wasn't helped by the MD asking if they'd caught the end of my knob.
