My last base was in New Mexico at Walker AFB. Some years after I got my discharge, I learned about the aliens of Roswell. BTW, Walker AFB was also the base where the US planned the atomic bombing of Japan. I worked with those same nuclear weapons in the Air Force 10 years after the bombing, but the advance in weapons were amazing during the four years of my service. We maintained and loaded these bombs on B36's, B47's and B52's.
