Another good week for the Lads. They remain top of both leagues. The Pick-em too!.

In the Classic League they're somehow 62 pts clear, how did that happen?.

The Unforgiven are in 2nd while the Ticomaniacs are last.

In the Head to Head League the Lads & the Unforgiven both won so Wee Lads remain 1 pt ahead of the Unforgiven.

The Riders easily beat the Maniacs, YES the Riders won (hallelujah) but they still remain bottom.

The Unforgiven beat the Scopys. They meet again in the A2K &Friends final this w/e. Same result i wonder....


Word to the wise; Liverpool & W/Ham wont feature in next weeks game. Liverpool are in Qatar for the FIFA Club World Cup.

Is my understanding that if the players in lineup don't play (i.e. Salah) that the bench player will automatically be scored?

Yep, substitutions are automatic. In the order you have them lined up.

Pretty much all my subs are out on sick-leave. Time for the nuclear option...

Only the Unforgiven & the Maniacs got through the first week of the Cup.

The Scopys & the Lads lost while the Riders didn't qualify.

Telly signal got knocked out by Storm Elsa with no prospect of repair before the New Year. Going to have to visit pubs for Liverpool games or other big matches. My wife is delighted.

On your team page. if you look down the right hand side with your league scores you'll come to Cup and see the Midnight Riders did not qualify.

The top 4,194,304 ranked teams in Gameweek 16 will enter the first round.
The Riders didn't qualify because they didn't rank high enough.

How the cup works
Each qualifying team will be randomly drawn against another in the first round. The winner (the team with the highest Gameweek score minus any transfer points), will progress to the second round and another random draw, the losers are out! This process continues until the final round when the two remaining teams contest the cup final.

I don't think I ever got past the first few rounds.
