In the Classic League.

Incredibly after 36 Game Weeks there are only 2pts separating the top two.
That's the Wee Lads and the Unforgiven.
And there's only 2pts separating the Scopy's and the Riders who are pretty much fighting for third spot.

It's like I said in the last post, a must win for the Lads and the Unforgiven.
But you'd have to say the Riders are favourites.

Hilariously, the non-participating Ticomaniacs outscored everyone else in Gameweek 36.

Southampton win again and Ings scores again. He's been a consistent point scorer all season.
Such a shame he missed a penalty. he he he.

Schmeichel has just conceded a goal. Oh my.

I’m very pleased. Won’t miss Bournemouth supporters acting like twats in the city.

They’re almost as bad as The Skates.

If Brighton go down, which is unlikely but possible, would that would leave Southampton as the only Premier league team on the Sth coast.

Which is how it used to be.

I’m all for a bit of friendly rivalry, but their supporters aren’t nice people, not when they’re in Southampton anyway.

Nothing like negative points to set your teeth on edge.

There’s nothing negative about Southampton winning.

George is owner and manager of the world famous Midnight Riders.
Ings plays for him and missing that penalty cost him 2pts as in minus 2pts.

And Mr. Schmeichel's three conceded goals cost another point.

Week 38+ begins 26th July.

Congrats to Midnight Riders on winning the head-to-head. The battle for overall points is incredibly close between first and second and - separately - third and fourth. Also, Tico is a nice guy.

Predictions? I think Villa will make the great escape and Leicester will be denied Champions League football next season.

Not much of a prediction I know.

I think Bournemouth will survive and Chelsea & wolves for the Europa league.

The Lads would be favourites for that.
The Scopy's are destined for 4th place.

No change here, the Lads and the Unforgiven playing for top spot and the Riders and the Scopy's playing for 3rd.
The Lads have a 4 pt advantage on the Unforgiven.
The Riders have a 5 pt advantage on the Scopy's.

Amazed how close it is after 36 or so games.
