im in a emo-core band, im the guitarist and backing vocalist, i can sing fine, thats not the problem, its the screamo i cant do. i just cant push my voice to do it, any tips, should i have my vocal chords in sing mode or shout mode?
Well start at softly doing it. Then learn to build vocal strength. Drink lots of water before doing it and also practice your voice alot by just singing normal. Sooner or later you should be able to do it.
