I can't sleep....so I'm gonna go have a cigarette. Anybody want to come with? Hello?

(Sigh)....guess not. There's nobody to talk to.

(Few minutes later)

I'm back. Guess what? It's dark out there. Not pitch black, just a hazy kind of dark. It's raining just a little. There's a very slight breeze. It was nice.

(Sigh) Got to go to work tomorrow. Better give that sleeping thing another try.

Stars. There must be thousands of them. Maybe even more.

Not many people look at stars anymore.
So busy churning inside, they walk right by.

Mosquitoes. Not many people really notice mosquitoes anymore.
But I do. There's a lot of mosquitoes.

My advice for the future, would be this.

Just before you go to bed, pop into the Kitchen and make yourself a Hot Mel Gibson.

Then take it to bed with you.

It may not improve your sleeping patterns, but may distract you from smoking.

A hot Mel Gibson is a Mel Gibson that is considerably warmer than a cold Mel Gibson.
Some women would argue that there is no such thing as a cold Mel Gibson, in fact that there isnt even a warm version.

My argument is, that a Mel Gibson that is standing still in an igloo for two hours, would be significantly cooler, nay colder even, than a Mel Gibson that was sunbathing for the same period, at midday on Waikiki Beach.
