His grammar is stuck in 5th grade, he lies over 90% of the time, and he cheats in almost every way possible, including his own family and wives. He doesn't pay workers who does work for him, and domestic banks won't loan him money, so he has to go to another country for loans. He's cheated on his income taxes, and even lied about his personal wealth. The only skill he has is to sell himself to the general public.
