2.5 months later clamidia symptoms

So 2.5 months later I started having severe pain in my right testicle and for the past week or so I’ve been extremely fatigued, I was diagnosed with chlamydia, just wondering once my antibiotics are finished in seven days will be chlamydia still show up in my urine ?
