you dont KNOW how much i would love that.
I miss new mexico so much it chokes me up at times.
I miss the ' small town ' feel, I miss the NO TRAFFIC , I miss the mountains, I miss the reservations, I miss the large open sky...I miss my mom, I miss you guys ;-) >sigh<

we should plan a trip to go to NM sometime in the summer. My b-day is in July... that would be a nice present for me. I will start ribbing Ian about going...

You will be shocked when you visit Albuquerque. The East side hasn't changed all that much because most of the land was already built on, but you wouldn't recognize the West side. Developers are covering every inch of land with new housing. California real estate speculaters have discovered the Duke City and are buying up housing, inflating housing prices. My home has appreciated at least thirty percent in only 2-1/2 years. The City has not built the infrastructure to support this population increase. Traffic is a bitch and some road building is planned or underway. New schools will be required. And the drain on the already scarce water supply will only get worse.

And now another A2Ker, Osso Buco, is planning to buy an Albuquerque home. But that's OK, we can make room for her.

I recently went to my baby girl's college graduation. How is your baby girl?

I have not seen NM in almost 2 years. It will bother me to see it so 'updated'. One of the reasons I love NM is because it is small and quiet... >sigh<

Little Bean is doing great. Next weekend, we are taking her to Six Flags! I dont know how she will handle all that stuff ...im hoping she has a blast.
