weird feelings in hands

its been about a month and a half since I've started my spiritual journey and receiving my first crystal. sometime last week i started feeling this weird sensation. its like a constant flowing of cold air around my left hand, the center being where it feels the coldest, even though my hands are warm, at first i thought it was the air conditioner but I've tried it in several places where there is now cold air and i still feel it. When i put my right hand near my left, my right hand warms up. i feel the warmth on the fingertips of my left hand, and the coldness on the fingertips of my right hand. i have many crystals now, and i wear 2 crystal bracelets (clear quartz and black agate) and a snowflake obsidian necklace. does anybody have an idea what this could mean?
