Cross-sectional, Pooled Cross-sectional and Panel-data

Hi,
I have a question regarding these types of data.
If I have cross-sectional data seperately for 2001, 2002, 2003, is this still cross- sectional data or automatically pooled cross-sectional data? I am struggling to understand the exact difference. Maybe sb could help me out.
