How can I get apple.com to load?!

Hello,

For about a week now, my internet and computer will do everything I ask except for two things:

1)load the apple.com website
2)load the iTunes music store

I haven't done anything recently to warrant this that I can think of, and I've tried everything from deleting temporary files to reconfiguring my internet access, to calling both the support lines for my internet provider and for Apple...

Any more ideas as to possible solutions would be greatly appreciated!
