Howard Hewett

I don't know if this is the right place to be asking these questions. But, I have a few questions about Howard Hewett which is one of my favorite singers of all time. My first question is an odd question, but what is his race? I have been wondering about it for a long time. To me he looks part African-American and part Spanish. He could be both or he could be part African-American and Native American. I also want to know about his upcoming album. I have came across a message posted on the internet that fans are awaiting the definitive album of his that is coming out. When will it be coming out? Do you know? If not, let me know okay? Thanks.
