How do I delete cookies and temp files while using mozilla firefox?

I think you can find something under "Tools" in the menu bar.
(Sorry, I have only Safari here, but I remember using firefox on Windows.)
I can't find it under 'tools' (doesn't neccessarily mean it's not there).
Or you may find "Privacy" in a dropdown from the menubar of firefox.

I like firefox better than safari satt. And I love the Adblock -
those blinking ads were driving me crazy.
