How to get rid of a cosmic assist chip?

Hi, My name is Eduard I am 29 years old. I live in Baltimore,MD . My co-worker installed/attached something to my brain 2 years ago. I figured out only now that I have it, it is called cosmic assist chip or cosmos assistance chip. Please help me figure out how to deactivate it or get rid of this. It is causing me headaches and serious pain in the back of my head. I am gay with disability, please help anybody who knows I am lost.
