For anything that is on my plate, I took them positively and I became stronger mentally.

Is the above sentence correct? What does the part in bold mean if the sentence makes sense?

You haven't put anything in bold-face, but that doesn't matter, because the sentence is awkward and not something a native-speaker would write. It is also nonsensical, because to have something on one's plate means to have a great deal to do, and it usually implies important matters which will need to be dealt with.
