Identifying Music Video Question

The music video is shot in black and white and takes place in an underground parking lot. It was shown on MTV late 2003 and early 2004.

A guy walks through the parking lot when suddenly three female monsters, with (alien looking) spiky tails, emerge from a puddle of water. They attack him, seduce him and almost kill him before retreating into the puddle of water again.

I know it's a very well known band and the music I would describe as some sort of electronic hardrock.
