Just wanted to let everyone know that my new food/wine newsletter is up and can be viewed at http://cinnabar10.tripod.com/cinnabarnewsletter There are also links there to our homepage and to our Sommelier's new page. I especially encourage any 'Lord of the Rings' fans to check it out, as the recipe is inspired by my wife's obsession with Viggo Mortensen Razz
