@JohnKloper,
I doubt online translators would be useful for learning another language. I think I would save their use to translating material you need to read. If you have questions, you might post them here, and tag them as ESL (English as Second Language). Some answers will be pretty good. If you don't get a reply, it may be because no one is sure of the answer.

For example; you asked "Do you use translators same as google or yandex such tool for learning other language?"

I would have said "Do you use translators such as google or yandex as tools for learning other other languages?"

To me, it's intuitive. If you want to know why I made each change, I probably won't be able to tell you. Some members can be much more precise.

English was my third language.

While you can learn vocabulary using translation tools, that does not help you with sentence formulation and grammar.

Conversations with others - in person, and online - are helpful. Watching movies and television are also quite helpful - but you have to recognize that you need to know where the films/shows are based so you can sort out dialect and accent issues.

I find the news section of http://www.bbc.co.uk/learningenglish/#navIndex-7 very useful for people moving past memorizing vocabulary.

Their online courses are well organized.
