Ok, we've survived the 5 and 6 letter versions, now for the expert version, 7 letters. Change one letter in the word above to make a new word

Actually I screwed up the word. I really thought I was seeing ruminate, a bit of dyslexia on my part. I like the idea of the seven-letter game, but I think just changing one letter is a bit difficult. Maybe if we changed the rules to allow two letters, we would get a better response.
