child custudy trick

My daughter filed a joint custody paper with her cousin , thinking that she may be gong to jail turns out she didn't go to jail but now the cousin will only allow my daughter to see the child when she wants to , she cant pick her up from school and sometimes when she calls her she cant even speak with her on the phone .... what can be done about reversing these papers
