Cash Cards

I don't understand your question.

I'll take a shot...If you're talking about gift cards, I think you can only make purchases with them but can't exchange them for the cash. I received one and altho' the thought it very nice, they're kind of a pain to use.

Can you go to an ATM and draw cash form it?

Debit cards, yes. Gift cards, no.
