My brother is still in/at school. (I mean "My brother is still studying".)

Which is the correct preposition?

Use “in.”

If, as it seems, you mean that your brother is still at the school building, then you should use "at."

In the UK we say at school, not in school. American English is not the same as standard English.

Typical snottiness--American English is standard English, and the standard of a hell of a lot more people than one finds in that silly little island.
