I am a female and I had sex with a guy without condom for around 1 mins , then I told him to put on a condom . He didn’t finished inside me and I would want to know my chance of getting HIV .(he said that he’s clean , but I didn’t ask for any Lab result )

We have no idea. And neither does anyone else, even a doctor, without knowing the guy's HIV status, his viral load if he has it, etc.

It's very small, it's not zero.
Here is a table with risk probabilities. Your risk is one in 1250
if he is HIV positive. My guess is it is unlikely he is.
