I am looking to put together gifts for my husbands employees (mostly men who perform manual work). I am looking to keep it inexpensive as there are a lot of them (40). I was thinking gift cards but that seems impersonal and we would not be able to put much on them. Any ideas?

To be honest although gift cards would seem impersonal I bet they would like it better than something else.
I know around where I live almost everyone would appreciate a dunkin donuts card in this situation - dunkins in full of many men just as you describe getting their morning coffee.
