What do we call a person who, for example, doesn't like to do more than required or who will not work later than the dismissal time unless he is paid overtime?

Is the word "calculating"? If not, what is the correct word?

Thanks.

@tanguatlay,
Definitely not "calculating", perhaps "unmotivated".

@tanguatlay,
No, the word would not be "calculating."

A few words that would be a better description would be
1. Adequate
2. Sufficient.
3, Satisfactory

Realist.

Bored

Distracted

Disinterested

This person is not committed to this company and is not willing to do anything more than the basic job requirements.

But - what is the company’s incentive program to fire up its employees ? WHY should this person do more than required or work extra for no pay?
