How do I get a senior girl to be my girlfriend?

So... I'm a sophomore guy and I have a big crush on this senior girl at my school. The thing is, I am a few inches shorter than her. I'm 15 and 5'3 and she's 17 and 5'6, 5'7ish. She knows I have a crush on her and she even told one of my friends she thinks I'm cute!... allegedly. It's also probably important for you to know that we both know each other and have started to become friends since school started, since most of the few Black kids at my school hang out near each other (we're both black). I am known as one of the only guys at school who can sing very well after slaying the crowd at the talent show last school year and that's what makes me what some of my friends call the "school celebrity" lol even though I don't act like it at all.

Anyways I'm a short and skinny sophomore guy (my acne is significantly improving so my face is pretty good looking if I say so myself) who wants to date a taller, beautiful senior girl. I want to know what to do to get her to be attracted to me as well, cuz I've had this crush for about a month and it's going nowhere lol
