If you fail, try again tomorrow and the next day and so on until it sticks.
If you are suffering without a cigarette you are doing something wrong.
You have to prepare your mind for a life without them. If your mind is prepared you will not desire a cigarette or suffer any withdrawal whatsoever.
Consider the benefits to prepare your mind.
There are many benefits to being a non smoker!
One of the best benefits is getting your sense of smell back.
It only takes a day or two to get the sense of smell back.
You can smell people again...
Maybe some people stink but some smell rather nice. (lol)
Consider would you rather not smell anything or be able to smell the subtle pheromones that a person you like is sending your way?
Perhaps this is not important to you but I tend to think the idea is worth consideration.
If you can make it three days without smoking you may be in the clear.
You need to avoid all people with cigarettes for three days (to a week) or you will ask for one, it is a given.
And in three days step outside and take a long breath of air through your nose.
When someone walks by you you can smell them, you may have forgotten this...
Do they bathe or not, do they smell fresh and clean. now you can tell.
That is just one benefit of not smoking. The benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.
