I am not sure why such skirt has a slit, but I find such skirt when wear by a lady it makes her look dominant. is my thinking normal? Does the slit makes a man get aroused or excited?

That's interesting! When I see a woman with a slit in her skirt, it makes her look to me like a woman who is able to walk naturally rather than having to run in baby steps. Whether I'm aroused, or whether she can dominate me, seems to be the least of her worries. Maybe that's just me. On the other hand, maybe some of the sartorial choices women make aren't all about us men? Just a thought.

Speaking as a heterosexual man, and recognizing that women have lots of reasons for their choices other than to arouse sexual interest.... a long skirt with a slit that shows leg gets my attention.
In my opinion, it is very sexy. I think most heterosexual men would agree (although we are not supposed to admit it any more).

I don't get the dominant angle, but depending upon how far up the slit goes, it will get the attention of most men.
I'm pretty sure that it's primary purpose is to make walking easier, but then I've never worn one.
I think I'll pass. They look uncomfortable and no one wants to see my thighs.
