What is the meaning of saying pink when someone asks you if you want to drink whiskey, vodka or gin? Thanks.

Maybe that it's time to cut them off.

A pink gin contains angostura bitters. You put a couple of drops in a glass then tip it out before adding gin. Bitters are very strong so you don't want much.
I don't know about the other spirits though.
