Never Hungry?

I haven’t felt hungry for months, over the past few months I’ve noticed that I barely ever feel like eating and it almost feels like a chore to do so, lately I’ve been living off hot drinks and nearly a meal every other day yet I still don’t feel like eating, when I do eat it feels like everything taste the same and has no flavour, I just don’t get any enjoyment from the idea of eating no more and I just feel indifferent to the idea because I really can’t be bothered anymore.Everyone ever feel like this?
