I take it that only moderators can change a regular post to a "featured post" (or "sticky"). What is the criteria for this to be done? I've seen this happen when there's only a few posts, so it doesn't seem to only be if a post is popular.
Nobody knows? I hope it's okay to ask, not like a PM question type of thing.

Hey, thanks for letting me know. It seems to just be arbitrary, which is fine. It's just that if you're new, you try to figure out why something is the way it is.
