Hi.
Please take a look at these.
1. There are many moments that I just want to deny the truth and flee from the reality.
Though it could somewhat convey its meaning, I strongly believe it's grammatically incorrect because of 'that'.
I suppose 'where' would've been much better than 'that'
2. There are many moments where I just want to deny the truth and flee from the reality.
Is this no better than the first sentence?
How about this one?
3. There are many moments in which I just want to deny the truth and flee from the reality.
I can't really explain why but I have this feeling 'that' in #1 never can be correct. Am I right?
I'd be happy to read any comments.
Thank you.
@SMickey,
May be all are right.I am not seeing a differance in any of them.May be.
@SMickey,
All are grammatical, all are fine, SMickey. What leads you to think the first is ungrammatical?
