I'm new to cosplaying. Actually, I've never done it before! So i'm happy to try it! Anyway's, Any advice? Maybe any fandoms I should get into? Or, any other kinds of advice? Also, Please don't spread hate into this question.. please.

Get into the fandoms you enjoy. Seriously. Cosplay can be big bucks, so don't do it for something you're only lukewarm about.
My cosplaying friends tell me - learn to sew.
