Wouldn’t it make more sense to write:

Need insurance?
There are insurance experts just down the street.
Us!
We’re there for you.

Instead of a colon, should there be a question mark after "write"?

It's more of a statement than a question.

What you are really saying is:

Consider this to be more sensible:

You can use the question mark and drop the colon completely.
