Increase Amps using a transformer

I want to increase current from 230 volts at 1 amp AC to 230 volts at 200 amps AC using a step up and a step down transformer.

You can trade amps for volts. Sounds like you are trying to create energy.

What you are asking for breaks a basic law of physics. You can't get more power out than you put in.

Power = Voltage x Current and you can't create power. If you start at 230V and 1 amp, going to 200 amps will reduce voltage to 1.15 V.
