Recently I moved to California from Utah. I have a house in countryside. I got some offers from local real estate investors, To be honest, each offer is very competitive. I am in "Not Sure" position about which offer to pick. one offer did offer me a bit more money than others but again he told me he needs a little bit of time. I don't have a problem with waiting though. Asking for experts help on this issue.
I get offers in the mail and by phone all the time asking if my house is for sale. I have no idea why.
So I wonder, are you trying to sell, or are real estate agents just trying to get a listing ( your house) ?
