How do managers of EPL teams handle this? Do they prioritize EPL and rest
their big guns in these other tournaments?

Depends on the side/squad. For most sides in the bottom half the priority is staying up, but a good cup run can really lift the spirits, and for most sides there's nothing more important than the FA Cup. There is a romance to the competition you don't get anywhere else.

Having said that, once you're out you're out.

As for the European cups it depends on performance across the board, if a side is doing well in one competition but doesn't look like they'll do brilliantly in others they may want to focus on that competition.

This becomes clearer the more a season progresses once it's mathematically impossible to come top of the league/top 4/6 other priorities come into consideration.

Have the odds makers put anything out yet as to Fulham staying up?

Probably, you can bet on anything over here. Just google Fulham relegation odds.

I have no City players in my team at the moment. They play West Ham tomorrow night but are likely to still be hungover after their cup win on Sunday.

What did you make of the Kepa incident Euro? Sarri's days look numbered. Felt a tad sorry for him but any Chelsea manager must surely know by now what they're getting into.

I thought the Kepa incident was a disgrace and like that I felt sorri for Sarri. sì sì.
