Which is correct:
Finish plumbing, HVAC, and electrical were completed.
or
Finish plumbing, HVAC and electrical were completed.

@dabbadabba,
If HVAC and electrical are a group, then leave out the comma, otherwise include it to make it clear that they are not a group.

Also, your sentence is not grammatical.
