In the Gosho, “On the Four Debts of Gratitude” (Shion-sho), the Daishonin states as follows:
"Those who learn Buddhism shall repay the four debts of gratitude."
Could someone let me know whether the highlighted commas are needed? Please also let me know the reason for your choice.

If what they are setting apart is a section or chapter of the Gosho, then they are required.
