What is it like to serve in the United States Army Inventory Management Center (USAIMC)?

I doubt you'll find a better answer here, and you may very well not find a good answer online at all. My suggestion to you is to contact the USAIMC directly and ask them. Maybe they have literature or even someone who retired or otherwise left who could guide you. This doesn't seem to be something readily Googled at all.
