In many areas of the world, there are LGBTQIA places to go and discuss these matters. They can help. Even if there isn't a center near where you live, they might be able to direct you to a place which can help and advise you.
If you are in school, there is likely a counselor who can give you more advice. Further, many places have free counseling (for those no longer attending school and those still in school for those in need).
Enter the information into a search engine and follow the results.
It may not be an easy road on which you may travel; however, you can do it and there are plenty of people who can and will help you.
