What should I do to decrease my weight im 65kg. Im so depressed can I have some effective advices?

Your weight tells us nothing as we don't know your height. Beginning a year ago, last November, I began taking a long walk every evening. I don't know how much weight I lost, because I don't have a scale. But I've taken at least seven inches (about 18 cm) off my waistline. If you live in a neighborhood which is safe at certain times of day, walking is good exercise which doesn't require a fitness club membership, and one where you needn't be embarrassed at people seeing you work out. Just from my own experience, that is what I would recommend. I walk from one to two miles every evening, weather permitting.
