Can AOL Profile be checked by non-AOL member?

Can an AOL Profile be checked by non-AOL member? I got an email from an AOL account and don't know who it is (and is signed only by initials).

In case I should know this person, I'd like to check the AOL profile (in case there is one) so I can respond more personally.

Is there a way to check the profile, or could someone here do it for me?
