Hi!
I'm for Germany and for school I have to do a so called "Bookreport" over a book I can choose myself.
I took John Grisham's - Bleachers.
So now I need some summaries and descriptions of the persons in the book.
I thought I will ask here, because it is also a good possibility to discuss this great book.
Thanks a lot!

If you read the book(which isn't very long) i'm sure you'll learn quickly the descriptions of the characters in the book. Good luck!
I'll bookmark this for now, get my copy, and meet you back here later to talk about it.
Thanks a lot even now, for all answers
Coach Eddie Rake -- the man who molded the Messina Spartans into a legendary high school football dynasty
Neely Crenshaw -- the All-American quarterback whose gridiron legacy didn't transfer well to the college game, and whose post-football life has been less than accomplishment-filled
Paul Curry -- Crenshaw's teammate, recipient of many of his touchdown passes and Spartan co-captain. His life after graduation kept him in Messina
Silo Mooney -- Defensive noseguard (one of the meanest ever), graduated to car thief and chop shop operator
Nat Sawyer -- worst punter in team history, since high school has come out of the closet and now runs a coffeehouse/bookstore in 'downtown' Messina
Cameron Lane -- Neely's girlfriend from back in the day, back in town for the same reason everyone else is (read the book), living the good life married to a rich man and not all that interested in rekindling old flames
Mal Brown -- another Messina Spartan alumnus from before the others' time, now town sheriff with an affinity for biscuits and digging little secrets out of recalcitrant people
Jesse Trapp -- a linebacker who played for Messina prior to Crenshaw/Curry/Mooney/Sawyer's class, who also went on to star at the University of Miami (before going to prison)
There's quite a few more, but that's enough to get started...
I also listened to 'Bleachers' on tape and it's one of the better books I have heard, mostly due to the football games re-played and called by the hometown announcer. The fact that I grew up with people just like this has a lot to do with my enjoyment of it.
Thanks a lot, this helps me very well to get this report started
