Is it possible to get Baking Powder in France. If so what is it called. I know we can get yeast but not sure about anything else.
Alternatively what is the grade of flour equivalent to English Self Raising Flour.
There seem to be so many different types here in France.
Thanks any one

Baking soda = biocarbonate alimentaire
Yeast = levure boulanger
Self raising flour = farine fermentante, farine de brioche, farine à gâteaux
