We had drought for a number of years, but for about a year we have had rain rain and more rain. The slabs on the buildings and homes are under a lot of stress due to this development. - Lots of cracked bricks and concrete.

Next few days the weather will be in the 40 F range. The remaining dirty pee covered snow is frozen like a glacier in my fields. However branch tips on the swamp maple and sassafras are turning bright red, saying that the sap is running.. Eagles are gone, srtupid robins showed up in a blizzard. (Weve got an emergency robin soup kitchen). Were hangin on.

I know Deb. I love everything here except for the brutal winters.

Farmerman
The Robins showed up here a few weeks ago as well. I think they'll be ok though because there are still some apples left on our apple trees from last year.

I don't know. They usually come for a few days - at most a week - but they stayed this time.

Yesterday the weather was picture perfect. My dog, who has been hiding indoors all winter spent most of the day on the porch in the sun.

Well - We had snow several years ago. It drifted down and dissappeared on contact.
