Leaving home to live with Grandmother at age 16

I'm 16 years old living in Pennsylvania and I wish to move in with my grandmother. My parents won't allow it but my grandmother would be able to support me financially. My brother (we don't share the same father) lives with her as well. I just wanted to know if I can move into my grandmothers without my parental consent at age 16, and if not would court allow me to move in with my grandmother?

When you ask questions like this, you are asking people to give legal advice, which is against the TOS of this site.

I will tell you, though, to ask your grandmother to retain an attorney and for her to ask. And in particular, you can both ask this lawyer about you becoming an emancipated minor.
