Is the end of this sentence correct and clear:
We need a supplement for the countertop that had to be replaced after breaking during removal.
We need another countertop to replace the one that was damaged during removal.
(Is that what you are trying to say? Did you install a countertop and have to remove it, and it got broken? So you have to order another one?)
