@jerryred069,
Cut off an arm.
Okay, now for the serious answer, which comes with serious questions.
- How old are you?
- How tall are you?
- What's your birth gender?
- How much do you currently weigh?
- Have you ever been 100 or more pounds overweight?
- Do you have any physical issues which would keep you from exercising?
- Do you have any physical issues which would keep you from losing weight no matter what you did? These include PCOS if you were born female, low thyroid for any gender, that sort of thing.
- Have you spoken with your doctor about a weight loss plan and your concerns?
Answer those and you'll get a handle on what will work at all for you when it comes to weight loss, let alone quickly.
Oh, and by the way, you'll probably lose quickly if you simply starve yourself. You'll also, most likely, gain it all back and more, and cripple your metabolism, thereby making it harder to lose any gained weight. If you're fine with that, then fast away. But if you actually want to keep the pounds off and not have to do quite so much dieting, etc when you're older, then fasting is not for you.
